G & K Developments Ltd was founded in 2002 by Graham and Kathie Williams.

Graham has over 25 years experience in the building trade starting off his career as a bricklayer before progressing to a site manager and then project manager for several major building companies prior to setting up G & K Developments Ltd, We founded our business on the basis of superior quality construction for all of our clients and have delivered the best value in building services by making sure we personally oversee each project.

Over the years we have built up good working relationships with various other companies/tradesmen who work closely with us on most projects and are committed to offering us a reliable service at competitive rates. About 50% of our work comes through recomendation.
