Our villa is a comfortable one bedroom luxury villa with balcony complete with table, chairs, parasol and sun lounger.

The resort is split into 6 separate plazas, each with its own pool, there is also a private beach on the resort. Sun loungers and umbrellas are plentiful and even in peak times you will never feel overcrowded. The resort also boasts a restaurant, snack bar, gym, supermarket, 24 hour reception, games room with full size snooker table, children's play area, launderette and bar where the evening entertainment and mini disco for the children takes place.

The villa has been tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a self-catering holiday, the fully fitted kitchen includes oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.

This villa offers a 'home from home' feeling and has a flat screen television with satellite and a safety deposit box and two heaters\cool air fans.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Double bedroom with queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and flat screen TV and DVD player, further double sized pull down bed folded away in the wardrobe in the lounge area and a separate double sofa bed.
Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with sunken bath with shower over, toilet and bidet. there is a separate dressing area with twin hand basins, full size mirror and hair dryer.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are enough pots, pans, plates, etc for 6 people. There is also a breakfast bar with 3 stools.
Living Rooms: Modern lounge with double sofa bed and armchair, dining table and chairs, coffee table, flat screen TV with Satellite channels and movie channel and DVD player.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: The villa will be cleaned prior to arrival with fresh towels and bed linen provided.

Notes on accommodation

Cots and high chairs can be provided if required. A Spanish USB intenet dongle can be purchased or hired from the owner if required (subject to availability) so that you can enjoy the internet via your laptop in the comfort of the villa and avoid expensive roaming charges. Accessibility

The villa is on the first floor which makes it very private as no one can look in as they walk past, this however makes it unsuitable for the disabled. The resort has ramps which makes it easy for people with pushchairs and limited mobility.

Outside

The patio doors lead out onto the private balcony with a patio table and 4 chairs, there is also a sun lounger and a BBQ. we overlook one of the 7 pools on site and enjoy a sea view. There is a security gate fitted with a combination lock for complete privacy.

Coast/Beach

There is a private beach on site but los Cucharas beach is only a few minutes walk away.

Golf

The 18 hole par 72 golf course designed by John Harris is only a 5 minute taxi ride away, this is a challenging course surrounded with palm trees and stunning views of the Atlantic ocean.

Travel

The Resort is a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport, this costs approx 20 euros, there are also several car hire companies based at the airport. Last minute a travel also offer a pick up and drop off service which can be prebooked.

Distances

The villa is only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Costa Teguise, the water park and golf course are only 5 minutes away in a taxi and the capital of Teguise is about 15 minutes away. There is a bus service that runs to Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen every 20 minutes.

Booking notes

25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks before you travel. The change over day is flexible. The keys are held on the resort.
